Christmas Day Dinner in Toronto

Hey there Ladies & Gents! How goes? Been a while, I know. I'm still useless at everything that I'm supposed to be useful for, like sharing my foodie endeavours with the world (Mummy), and pleasing my Mum by blogging! Hah!

On to other things... Well, I'm not sure about how your Christmas Dinner was, but mine, well, MINE was FABULOUS. There were things like scallops, caviar, cheeses, red cabbage, potatoes, goose, turkey (hell yeah, we had two birds) and Turkish Delight.

Construction of dinner began December 23rd, giving a good 2.5 days for things to go wrong, right and sideways. To tell you the truth I was almost useless on the 23rd and definitely the 24th (ahem, hangover). I did, however, become semi-slave to the kitchen on the 25th.

If you're interested in the Cooking Itinerary than please let your eyes glide down the post:

As you can see, my dad is a Master. He rarely fails. He did hiccup and forget to serve the cranberry sauce, but none of us noticed, so that was alright.

Here's the eats! Note: I don't really know how to use a DSLR, so please bare with me on the blurry scallops...
